Bar Manager (year-round or Seasonal)
Rhinestone Ranch, Provincetown’s newest high-energy country western nightlife destination, is seeking an experienced and motivated Bar Manager to lead our team and help build an unforgettable guest experience.
The Bar Manager will oversee daily operations, hire and train staff, create schedules, manage inventory and ordering, maintain liquor controls, monitor cash handling, ensure compliance with all local and state regulations, and uphold outstanding customer service standards. You will lead by example on the floor, support bartenders and door staff, resolve guest issues professionally, and help drive sales in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of bar, nightclub, or Bar management experience
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Experience with scheduling, payroll, and inventory systems
• Knowledge of beverage cost controls and loss prevention
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• High energy, organized, and guest-focused attitude

Entertainment Director (Year-Round or Seasonal)
Rhinestone Ranch, Provincetown’s newest high-energy country western nightlife destination, is seeking a creative, connected, and experienced Entertainment Director to build and lead an exciting live entertainment program.
The Entertainment Director will be responsible for booking and managing performers, DJs, dancers, specialty acts, theme nights, and special events that keep the venue fresh, fun, and profitable. This role includes creating a seasonal entertainment calendar, negotiating talent agreements, coordinating show schedules, managing budgets, overseeing backstage operations, and ensuring performances run smoothly each night. You will work closely with ownership, marketing, and management to develop signature events, drive attendance, increase revenue, and create unforgettable guest experiences.
Requirements:
• 5+ years experience in nightlife, entertainment, event production, or talent booking
• Strong network of performers, DJs, drag talent, dancers, musicians, and specialty acts preferred
• Proven ability to create successful events and packed nights
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple schedules, vendors, and performers at once
• Strong social media and promotional instincts a plus
• Available nights, weekends, and holidays during season
